�You Only Live Twice� (1967)

James Bond is sent to investigate the strange disappearance of American and Soviet Capsules near the Japanese Sea.

While the two super powers are accusing and threatening each other British government suspects the criminal organization SPECTRE behind these hijackings. On M�s instructions James Bond participates in a farce to fake his own murder which will allow him to investigate without interference.

He works with the Japanese Secret Service head Tanaka and a beautiful Japanese agent Kissy Suzuki in Japan and discovers that large quantities of liquid fuel are being sent to unknown person. It emerges that Ernst Blofeld, the leader of SPECTRE is using a space craft to capture the space capsules.

He locates Blofeld�s Headquarter in a hollow volcano and is captured trying to infiltrate the facility...

This movie follows the formula mastered by �Thunderbird�. Unfortunately Blofeld remains the only interesting adversary of Bond in the entire movie. Other than some lame characters, this movie does not disappoint.
