After years of silence from James Bond, GoldenEye emerged and features Pierce Brosnan as James Bond.
The story begins with James Bond and agent Alec Trevelyan snooping around a Russian base. 006 is captured and killed by Colonel Ourumov.
After Soviet Union�s collapse, an experimental helicopter called the �Eurocopter Tiger� is stolen. MI6 manages to identify the Russian criminal organization �Janus Syndicate� and its agent Xenia Onatopp behind the hijacking.
The Chief of Staff Bill Tanner, M and James Bond witness the helicopter being taken to Siberia by a spy satellite. However the link is disconnected when an electromagnetic pulse damages the satellite.
This was the result of an explosion of GoldenEye satellite.
Ourumov and Xenia destroy GoldenEye over Siberia and escape on the helicopter after retrieving vital equipment used to control the remaining Satellite. Ourumov vows to kill the only survivor from the targeted facility, �Natalya Simonova�.
James is given the task of finding the perpetuators and uses the survivor for information...
