On Oct 4, 2013, the National Weather Service supplied an early forecast message, that contained a hidden message specifically aimed at the D.C. politicians... The first letters of each sentence read the following message, "PLEASE PAY US". It hasn't helped yet, as the government is still shutdown at the time of writing this. But this "silent protest" is truly PRICELESS!
